  • Children’s Health Council: CHC provides life-changing services for learning differences and mental health for children, teens and young adults.

  • Bill Wilson Center: Bill Wilson Center is committed to working with the community to ensure that every youth has access to the range of services needed to grow to be healthy and self-sufficient adults. BWC provides services to nearly 5,000 children, youth, young adults and families in Santa Clara County through our various programs. Additionally, we reach more than 109,000 clients through our Street Outreach and crisis line programs. Our programs focus on housing, education, counseling, and advocacy.

  • Kara: Kara’s mission is to provide grief support for children, teens, families and adults. Our guiding values are empathy and compassion. Every day we provide caring support to children and adults affected by loss and grief. Our vision is to see people of all ages compassionately supported on their journey through grief so they can move toward renewed hope and meaning. We serve individuals who are grieving a death as well as those managing a terminal illness (their own or another's).

  • Gronowski Center: The Gronowski Center is a community mental health clinic associated with Palo Alto University. The Center was established in 1988 by Kurt and Barbara Gronowski to provide low-cost, evidence-based psychological services for the underserved within our community.Over 30 years later, the Gronowski Center holds true to this vision and remains committed to the psychological well-being of our community’s residents. 

  • Columbia Neighborhood Center: The Columbia Neighborhood Center (CNC) provides recreational, health, educational and social service programs. This is achieved through a special collaboration between the City, the Sunnyvale Elementary School District, Advanced Micro Devices and numerous community agencies. The Center houses a gymnasium, fitness room, health and social services wing, and an on-site medical clinic.
