Jessica Mancini | Board Secretary

Jessica is a social sector professional specializing in organizational effectiveness, evaluation and learning, and strategic philanthropy. She is currently a program officer at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, where she manages the local environmental education and capacity building grant making and impact evaluation. Previous experience includes management consulting and serving as a middle school teacher with the U.S. Peace Corps in Namibia. She has a B.S. in civil engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. with a focus on social enterprise from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

Jessica is passionate about CHAC’s mission to provide essential mental health services and its deep commitment to and partnership with the local community. Jessica, her husband, Joe, and two young children live in Mountain View and can be found most weekends playing, scootering and biking in a neighborhood park.
