Out to Eat, the Outlet Program’s annual gala fundraising event, raises money to help Silicon Valley’s youth. On Friday, May 11, 2012, supporters of CHAC’s Outlet will gather at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View to celebrate and fundraise for our work empowering LGBTQQ youth and educating the community.

Exciting silent and live auctions, Hors d’oeuvres, desserts and compelling youth speakers combine for a festive and enjoyable evening for an estimated 400 guests, including prominent residents of Silicon Valley and the Mid-Peninsula.  This year’s featured speaker is 2008 Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Jose Antonio Vargas.

Out to Eat 2012 is celebrating 15 years of empowering LGBTQQ youth and educating the community and is expected to raise more than $100,000 to support this critical work.
