CHAC Walking Group Coming in February

More and more psychological research demonstrates the positive effect of exercise on our emotional and mental health, as well as our physical well-being.    CHAC Interns Claire Marie Clark and Jenni Masse are starting a walking group for people interested in embarking on this inexpensive, side-effect free, and social way of relieving stress, anxiety, and depression.  The group will meet on Tuesdays from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., starting in Feb.,  and the sessions will include support and counseling as well as the exercise.    Interested?  Call the group leaders at (650) 318-1509 or call CHAC at (650) 965-2020.
